Dine with Dish and Martin Bosley

Join Dish and chef Martin Bosley for a special cooking demonstration and fine food and wine in Wellington…

It's a Dine with Dish with a difference – enjoy an aperitif while watching a cooking demonstration at the special Gaggenau Mobile Kitchen at the City Farmers' Market in Wellington with chef Martin Bosley, and then head to Martin's restaurant afterwards for a fabulous four course meal with matching wines. It's an opportunity to see one of the country's leading chefs in action and then enjoy his food in the superb waterfront location of Martin Bosley's on Oriental Parade. The evening will be hosted by Dish Editor Victoria Wells, and Dish Wine Writer, Yvonne Lorkin. Places are limited to just 60 guests, so don't delay – book now to secure your seat.

To celebrate 11 enjoyable years of entertaining Wellingtonian's palates, we have come up with a series of intimate dinners in which we'd like to share with you the wines of the great winemakers whom we deeply admire. In between these dates, each alternate month will be a 'BYO'evening in which you get to bring along something special. The menus will be created around a specific varietal to help you narrow down your choice! Bookings can be made online - these evenings would make for a great corporate night out with a difference.
