How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation please click here.

It you wish to make a reservation for dining within 48 hours, please call the restaurant directly on to make your booking.

Please note that we require credit card details for all reservations and a cancellation policy applies.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards excluding Diners. EFTPOS is also available.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation as there is limited space in our restaurant and demand for tables is high. In the event this is not honoured, we will charge $30.00 per person to your credit card.

Is tipping a requirement?
Tipping is not a requirement in New Zealand, however if you wish to commend exceptional service with a tip you are welcome to do so.

I have special dietary needs, can you cater for those?
Yes, we can. Please inform our restaurant staff about your particular requirements upon making your booking.

Do you provide a hotel chargeback service?
We provide a hotel chargeback service to Ohtel, located on Oriental Parade.

Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but as a fine dining restaurant our customers generally have a tidy standard of dress.

Do I have to be a member of the yacht club to visit the restaurant?
No, anyone is able to visit our restaurant.
