Two opportunities to see top New Zealand chef in action

Wellington-based chef and restaurateur Martin Bosley will be the first New Zealand chef to feature at two Australian MasterClass cooking events in the same year during 2008.

Mr Bosley, a seafood specialist whose eponymous restaurant won the 2007 New Zealand Cuisine magazine supreme Restaurant of The Year award, will demonstrate his skills with seafood at the Melbourne (Saturday 1 March) and Brisbane (Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July) MasterClass events.

The double appearance underscores Mr Bosley’s status as a leading New Zealand chef.  His session at the Brisbane MasterClass will ensure that food lovers who missed tickets for Melbourne don’t miss out on the Martin Bosley experience altogether.

“It’s a fantastic honour for me to be invited to cook at both MasterClasses.  I will be looking forward to featuring again in Brisbane and showing my seafood ideas in a different environment, with a new audience and new influences.  It will be great to see how the two different events evolve,” he says.
